Two sections for sites. The first section is asphalt and most of the sites are not level, so make sure you bring blocks with you. The second section are gravel sites, which seem more level. Sites are close together, and if the park is crowded, you will find it hard to let out your awning & find a place to keep your car. No problem walking my dog. There is one section of grass that is off limits to pets, but go into the gravel section and there is grass for pets. WiFi was accessible from my coach.

This is an immaculate campground! Very friendly staff, quiet park, beautiful astro turf at each site, level pavement, near plenty of shopping. We have a dog and they have 3 dog runs in the park. Of course, my dog is fussy and needs grass, so I walked her across the street to the grass area and she was fine. The only reason I didn't rate it a 10 is because the WiFi signal kept going out over a few days. You can't go wrong with this park. I will definitely be back.

I previously reviewed this park, and gave it a poor review. Now, they have new owners and management, and it is much better maintained. They evicted the permanent campers who did nothing but trash their sites. Well kept, clean and worth the rate. Only reason I didn't give it a higher grade is because of the poor WiFi reception. Only available in the clubhouse.

Upside - Only a half block from all Tombstone attractions. No need for a car and very close to the O.K. Corral shootout. Downside - Tight spaces, a bit noisy since it is right off the main road. I would stay again, mainly because of the location.

Very nice park & clean all around. Very helpful staff and plenty of assistance available. A Cafe is on the premises for all meals, if desired. They conduct a sightseeing session to get you more aquainted. The bus stops right in the park to take you to the Metro Rail to get to DC. A car is not needed. Only reason I didn't score it higher is that I could not get WiFi at my site, I had to go to the Cafe. Definitely will stay again.

It is a place to park and spend an overnight, that's it. Small trees at a site, but that is it. Casino is not very appealing. Noise from truckers next door.

Not far from Cooperstown, and it is a straight shot to get to the Hall of Fame. Nicely landscaped, very helpful and courteous owners. Laundry facilities were extremely clean. Only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is that the WiFi is a tad weak, but able to get most internet sites. I would not hesitate to return to this campground.

Extremely narrow sites. Forget about using your awning. I have 2 slides and was just able to extend them. Friendly staff and nice ocean view walk. Small areas to walk the dog, but be careful, many dog owners did not pick up after their dogs. Convenient, but expensive, and you are paying for the area and view. WiFi is available at a charge per hour, day or week. I would stay again, mainly because it is convenient.

Sure there aren't any "frills", but it is a spotless, clean RV Park and great for a stop over. Self serve payment was fast and had my choice of sites. The only negative part was that wifi is available from the casino, but there is a charge. Definitely will stop over again and will be doing so in June 2007.

Very Clean park & friendly staff. Close to I-5, but without the noise. If you are in the area, it is worth your stay. I am sitting in my coach using the wifi to enter this review. They even have a dog park to let your dog run free. Go for it.

Way overpriced. Terrible campground, and even with new owners and new management, it is not well maintained. New managers are very green and not familiar with their own campground. Dogs running around loose, dog poop all over the place. Sites reserved for monthly are trashed, that it is an eyesore. They are supposed to have Wifi, but no signal and the management has no idea what to do. This campground is not even close to being a Resort. I DO NOT recommend this campground.

Not a bad value. They are very friendly and helpful. The downside in my opinion is that they do not have trash cans positioned around and you must leave your trash outide your rig for pickup. For us dog owners who pick up after their dog, it makes it hard to dispose.

The hosts are friendly. There are limited number of full hookup sites, and the ones that have sewer are not located in a great area. It is pretty tight, especially when they have tenters located behind your site. It can become quite noisy.

They have a habit of NOT making you feel welcome. Seems most of the crew aren't happy with their job. If it rains, which is quite common, don't bother going. Tremendous amount of mud. Tight spaces and overpriced.

Nice campground. If it rains, stay away. There is mud all around and in the winter they won't open the lower section which is all gravel and you can avoid the mud. Also, if you have a satellite dish, you cannot get reception because of the high trees.
